GENERAL SHIPPING

Please allow (2-3) business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped via USPS Standard or Expedited service in the U.S. if the package does not contain Hardware (batteries). Shipping can vary depending on seasonal orders, weekends, and holidays. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. When your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

HEMP EXCLUDED STATES

We cannot ship hemp products to the following states: CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, and VA.

HARDWARE SHIPPING

At this time we only ship our Hardware (batteries) to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MS, MI, MS, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OH, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI. To view a complete list of zip codes serviced, please see our Serviced Areas page.

Adult Signature Required: The recipient who is signing for the package must be at least 21 years old for deliveries. This is required on packages containing Hardware (batteries). The driver will check the identification from a safe distance and then ask for the last name and date of birth. The driver will enter the last name and date of birth into the POD field of the device.

If you cannot show your ID and sign at delivery and your shipment is returned to us, you will receive a refund for your returned products, but all shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

AGE VERIFICATION

Federal Law requires all online vapor product retailers and distributors to verify the identity and age of all customers purchasing products from their websites and establishes the minimum legal age of online sale as 21 years old. Kurvana CBD utilizes Agechecker.net, a service that allows many users to instantly verify their ID by answering a few basic questions about themselves. In some cases, users will not be able to verify instantly and will be required to submit a copy of their valid, government-issued ID.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package says “delivered” on the USPS tracking information provided but is not present, contact us at hello@kurvanacbd.com, and we will assist in contacting USPS about the situation; however, KurvanaCBD is not responsible for lost packages that say “delivered” and confirm the address of the recipient.

For packages sent to the wrong address, we will reship the package at no additional cost if the customer provided the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If the customer provided the incorrect address, we would reship the package for the cost of the redelivery once we receive the original package back. Please verify that your correct shipping address is provided when placing an order. If an invalid address is provided (one that the USPS cannot recognize), USPS will delay your shipment until the new address is provided.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If something happens to your package during transit, please email us at hello@kurvanacbd.com within five days of receiving the package with images of damage and a description of the situation. After the five-day period of receiving your package, we assume that it arrived safely with all products ordered.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

At Kurvana CBD, we stand behind our products 100%. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, send it back within the first 30 days of delivery, and we will happily allow you to exchange it for another product or receive a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your original purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. We will do our best to treat every refund or exchange request reasonably and fairly.

Your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once your refund or exchange request is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund of the purchase price will be processed back to your original form of payment and will be posted to your account within 30 days.

REFUND PROCESSING

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. Before contacting us, we kindly ask that you:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as most banks take several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Customers can cancel orders up to 2 days after the original purchase is made. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at hello@kurvanacbd.com.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Charges to your credit card will appear as “KurvanaCBD.” We do not accept other forms of payment at this time.
